History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 31. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Through the years after Hubert was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Hubert's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
