History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His first spouse was a Blacksmith, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Blacksmith they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Junk Dealer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Junk Dealer and was forced into it by his family; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Rolf hails from a village terrorized by giants. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Rolf never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
