History: Don was raised in a hard working conservative environment. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is typically in his Soapmaker uniform. His silver hair is braided into rings. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a Soapmaker soon after.

Motivation: To be a Ruler again; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly glaives and spears. His hair is white and very short. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature glaive.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Expand his business; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: He wears a red costume with the symbols of magic on his torso. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. After a long history of fighting, Balimaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he loathes his own lifestyle
