History: Bernard was born the youngest of three triplets. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Merchant they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mayor, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
