History: Born in the west to a Sage, Hubert learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Sage kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Don was born with his father's beautiful face. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Don alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against dire rats
