Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a blue suit, tan shirt, and brown tie. His brown hair is matted, messy, and big. His eyes are likewise brown.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cook. He tends to his Cook job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and a deep hatred of brigands

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His hair is short and chestnut. This amber eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Wymar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Wymar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He stands about 5'7" and wears baggy blue pantaloons and a tan scarf. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
