History: He was born into a rich family. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Hugh reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Clerebold abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
