Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft tan waves gently in the breeze. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Peter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. After a long history of fighting, Peter and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Barber who has hired him part-time. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: The child of a Fletcher, who enjoyed hunting, Peter was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fletcher. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on his right hand. His silver hair is heavily combed to the right. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Tim took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up trident and armor he uses now. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and a deep hatred of orcs

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he prefers to wear grey clothing when he does not wear armor. His brown hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Born in the east to a Soapmaker, Shane learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Soapmaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and balancing his hectic life and new soapmaker responsibilities is difficult

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills.
