Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Bernard never married again.
