History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Gunter was born with his mother's beautiful face. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he has a crush on the local doctor

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Balimaar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
