Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Barkeep. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born in a small desert village. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Manfred grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Manfred. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Arnold enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is content; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he has a crush on the local locksmith

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy black stubble. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He has a hunchback. His black hair is thinning but still full. He has amber eyes and a black hat with a blue feather.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: He wears baggy brown pantaloons and a tan scarf. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his greatsword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. He has shaved his head bald. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is greedy; and money/treasure
