History: He was born in the south. Randal was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sage. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and doesn't want to be a sage and was forced into it by his family

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Robert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: He got into the Beggar business at a young age. When Nicholas reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Beggar.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
