His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is a Courier first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born into a rich family. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Courier like his father before him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a black costume with the symbols of his god on his torso. He has a silver handlebar mustache and slicked back silver hair. He has amber eyes.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 4. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: John was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears a blue tunic with white highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around his shoes. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He carries with him a set of whips, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Performer. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Performer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Performer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Performer for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern

He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker black hat.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Shipwright. He tends to his Shipwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shipwright responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
