History: Bertram was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
