History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Cory was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Cory's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Cory and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Rolf was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Chad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
