History: Gifted from a young age, Bertram studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He has worked as a Adventurer like his mother before him.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. A true patriot, Richard would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
