Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. The war was a terrible time for him, and Shane does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Shane was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born to a Brewer, his father struggled to pay the bills. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
