Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Jocelyn liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He tends to his Bricklayer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

His hair is auburn and curly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Randal is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Randal hails from a village terrorized by illithids. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and a deep hatred of illithids

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Gilbert's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Gilbert was born with his mother's beautiful face. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and wants to work out more often

History: He comes from a rich northern family. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in the north to a Slave Trader, Balimaar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
