Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born in a small forest village. When Bertram reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Sailor. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He's also a talented Stableman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Patrick grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a trident on his belt. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears his red hair up. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
