History: The child of a Hunter, who enjoyed hunting, Jocelyn was taken on many hunting expeditions. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jocelyn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Crown-heir arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
