Personality: Bernard hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Bernard hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he would like to get married and retire

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Knight they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Jeweler, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Ralf is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
