Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Percival's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Shoemaker father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
