Personality: Roger is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Roger was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Glassblower. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
