History: Born in the south to a Bather, Adelard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He tends to his Bather job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. William was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he wants revenge against orcs

He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: He got into the Miner business at a young age. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
