History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When Adelard reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Barrister born in the past three hundred years. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Thomas was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Barrister and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: Born in the east to a Laborer, Chad learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hubert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Hubert was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
