History: He was born in the west. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is a great chef.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This man wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: Gerald is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He wears his white hair down. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Hubert is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Hubert was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Herbalist. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
