Description: He tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly crossbows and nunchakus. His golden hair is heavily combed to the left. His eyes are violet and catlike.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He feeds upon the attention of others.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Lance was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His white hair is heavily combed to the right. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he dresses like a well dressed Ploughman does. His chestnut hair is greasy and uncared for. His blue eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Unemployed they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ploughman, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wants to raise his children well

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a tattered pair of loose white pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Aldous took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor he uses now. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Weaver.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Weaver responsibilities is difficult; and expand his business

His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barber for hire.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
