He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'0" when asserting himself. His golden hair is singed and shortened. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Adelard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Adelard. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and money/treasure

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born in the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. He wears his brown hair down. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Norman is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Norman grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. A gifted student he started as a Barrister, but he got bored and became a Stableman. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and further expansion of business

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born into a rich family. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Armorer. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
