He is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and brown handkerchief worn on his right side. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Manfred's homeland. Manfred decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: Lance lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mason. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away.

Description: This malnourished man wears a black vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Chad was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Chad has worked very hard to control his curse. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Peter hails from a village terrorized by giants. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.
