History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Rolf never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A freak accident while working with his Bookbinder mother left him crippled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Henry was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: An older man who wears a worn and beaten armor, he is not a threatening figure. He wears his white hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Robert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
