History: Gifted from a young age, Theobald studied abroad. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Frederick grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Frederick. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
