History: Born in the south to a Ruler, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: This man wears a blue shirt with thin white vertical stripes and violet pants, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His ears are large.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Through the years after Patrick was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
