He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
