Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Description: He stands about 6'4" and dresses like a well dressed Shepherd does. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. He has amber eyes and a green hat with a tan feather.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and money/treasure

Description: This man wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a glaive, but if one is not available he will default to his ceremonial dagger. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he typically wears brown cloth garments or leather armor. He wears his black hair down. He has amber eyes.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born in a small plains village. Percival liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, violet shirt, and blue tie. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are amber.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Jocelyn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Being a Guard kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
