History: Born in the north to a Mortician, Frederick learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He tends to his Mortician job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Rolf lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and is dressed in a clean green cloak covering his clean studded leather. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Arnold was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: Everard speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: Everard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Gerald's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gerald was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
