History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: He wears silk and lounges about seductively, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'5" when asserting himself. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Guy speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Stylist they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Dyer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: He is well dressed, constantly wearing a red suit, pastel shirt, and violet tie. He is portly but not overly obese. His hair is brown and curly. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Nicholas liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a scimitar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is content

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Don was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Don's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to brigands.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against giants
