History: Chad was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. After coming to the age of reason, Chad took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He worked as a nervous Performer and found it very stressful. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To be a Slave Trader again.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
