History: Lance was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He uses divination through singing.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Spice Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spice Merchant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. A true patriot, Adelard would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Adelard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and doesn't want to be a marshal and was forced into it by his family

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
