History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He dresses like a well dressed Shipwright does. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Shipwright. He tends to his Shipwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bounty Hunter they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and doesn't want to be a ruler and was forced into it by his family

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Detective, but he got bored and became a Sage. He's also a talented Detective, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: Anthony was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Painter. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Painter for hire.
