Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is a great chef.

History: Gifted from a young age, Jocelyn studied abroad. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
