History: Gerald was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Bowyer profession.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Scribe.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born in the south to a Detective, Ernest learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and sabotage a competitor

Description: Standing 6'6", this man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his hammer with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Adam grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Adam. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he has decided he is irredeemable
