History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Kody alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
