History: Conrad was born with his mother's beautiful face. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His first spouse was a Cook, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Gilbert was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Cartwright. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

His brown hair is braided into rings. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Norman was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has worked as a Layabout like his father before him.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He takes great joy in being the best Barkeep in town.
History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A gifted student he started as a Shepherd, but he got bored and became a Barkeep. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.
