Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His blonde hair is matted, messy, and big. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He became a Baker soon after.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A freak accident while working with his Shepherd mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull yellow iron scale mail. He keeps his silver hair in a flapper bob. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born in the north. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Drogo was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants revenge against illithids

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized green coat. His hair is brown and curly. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He got into the Miller business at a young age. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
