Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Arnold was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and sabotage a competitor

History: Born in the north to a Merchant, Chad learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has achieved small success as a Merchant.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
