Description: A moderately attractive man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and violet, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Charles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Conrad was born with his father's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and someone believes him a fraud

He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to clean up the streets

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a brown costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Heward was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many grey ritualistic tattoos. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His golden hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are green and beady.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
