History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Gunter was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Gunter's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Reynard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Reynard decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a simple white robe with violet stripes complete with hood. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Gifted from a young age, Cory studied abroad. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Cory took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Cory was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Born to a Masseuse, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: Gilbert lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a carter and was forced into it by his family
