Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Farmer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Marshal, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by brigands. A freak accident while working with his Carter mother left him crippled. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
