Lance's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He bought a sai and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
