He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When Hubert reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Hubert and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of goblins
